The materials, content, and any other information made available by HyperTicks whether through its website, distributed documents, digital interfaces, or other forms of communication, are provided strictly for general informational purposes only. Nothing contained herein constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instruments or securities in any jurisdiction. The information is not directed at any particular individual or entity and should not be construed as personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
HyperTicks operates a simulated trading environment intended solely for educational and analytical purposes. Any models, content, data, or performance metrics presented through the platform do not reflect actual trading in live financial markets and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of future performance.
This platform and its offerings may not be suitable for use in all jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that accessing or using the platform is permitted under the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction. HyperTicks makes no representation that the platform complies with the legal or regulatory requirements of any specific or particular country.
Engaging with financial markets, even in a simulated or educational context, involves a high degree of risk. Simulated or hypothetical trading activity is not suitable for all individuals. Real-world trading in futures, foreign exchange, derivatives, and other instruments can result in substantial financial loss, including the loss of the entire amount invested or more. Any performance results based on simulated activity do not guarantee that live markets will behave in a similar manner, and there is no assurance that applying the same strategy in real trading will lead to comparable outcomes.
Users should only engage with trading environments, whether simulated or otherwise, using risk capital, defined as funds they can afford to lose without compromising their financial stability or lifestyle. While no real capital is at risk in a simulated environment, the strategies and assumptions developed therein may be inappropriate if applied to live trading.
HyperTicks does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information made available and is not liable for any reliance on such materials. No content provided should be interpreted as assurance of future results, whether in simulation or live markets.
Performance results shown on or through the platform are based on hypothetical or simulated trading and do not reflect actual trading activity. Hypothetical performance has numerous inherent limitations and is developed with the benefit of hindsight. These results are derived from simulated models that incorporate only certain aspects of market behavior and do not fully capture the complexities of real-world trading. Factors such as market volatility, liquidity constraints, execution slippage, and the psychological pressures of live decision-making are either simplified or absent, and therefore the outcomes may differ significantly from actual trading results.
No representation is made that any trading account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses comparable to those shown in any simulated or hypothetical presentation. Individual testimonials, user feedback, or success stories are anecdotal and may not be typical. They are not predictive of future outcomes for any particular user.
In compliance with Rule 4.41 of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), users are hereby advised that any performance results shown by HyperTicks are hypothetical or simulated unless explicitly stated otherwise. These results are derived from backtesting or modeled assumptions and do not reflect actual trading activity.
Simulated results do not account for many of the variables that influence live trading, including liquidity conditions, execution speed, and psychological stress. As such, no assurance is made that any trading strategy or account will or is likely to produce similar outcomes.
Testimonials or endorsements on the platform are not representative of all users' experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of future success. Past results, whether real or simulated, are not reliable indicators of future performance.
The inclusion of this disclosure, while not necessarily mandated in all circumstances, is provided as a proactive measure to ensure transparency, prevent any potential misunderstanding, and support clear communication with users. It reflects the principles underlying CFTC Rule 4.41, namely that any presentation of hypothetical or simulated performance must not mislead and must make explicit that such results do not represent actual trading and are inherently limited. This approach is adopted not merely for formal compliance, but to uphold the highest standards of integrity and user protection.
All trading examples and scenarios presented for illustrative or compensation-related purposes are entirely hypothetical. They are not reflective of live market trading and do not represent actual financial risk. Simulated trades differ materially from real trades, including in terms of emotional discipline, slippage, execution speed, and capital constraints.
HyperTicks makes no warranty or representation that any individual or trading account will achieve results comparable to those shown or implied by simulated trades. Any earnings or performance shown are for illustrative purposes only.
